Kindlon Hallsituated at the heart of the university, benedictine's college of liberal arts provides students with unparalleled access to innovative, in-depth instruction in the humanities and social sciences. our classes and programs emphasize rigorous, engaged learning, preparing students to live and work in a rapidly-changing world by cultivating their critical thinking skills and their abilities of self-expression.

the college is home to over 40 full-time faculty and seven departments. in addition to a variety of minors, concentrations, and interdisciplinary programs, it offers students a choice of over 20 majors and two graduate programs in disciplines ranging from literature, philosophy, and music to psychology, political science, and more. the college also houses the university's general education program, writing program, scholars program, and center for civic leadership, all of which contribute significantly to the benedictine undergraduate experience.
